Highly recommend this company! I have a restoration company, and our team was working on a crawlspace replacing insulation. We needed to purchase insulation for the crawlspace and used these guys. The whole process, from the front desk interaction with Daisy to collecting the insulation with Josh, was very positive and fast. They were very efficient and easy to talk to. I was able to rent a high quality, well maintained insulation blowing machine capable of dense packing, and source cellulose insulation. It was clear from the first time that I spoke to Ryan that he was keenly interested in my project’s success, and not just a transaction. Upon delivery, Ryan walked me through set up, operation, and troubleshooting of the blowing machine. Ryan helped me to calculate the required cellulose for the job, but was super flexible, knowing that I was dealing with a vaulted ceiling with deeper than typical cavities. When I realized I would need more material, he had it to me the next morning, and I was able to proceed without delay. All around great experience. The only place I have found to rent a true dense pack blowing machine in the Bend area, with professional, knowledgeable service to back it up. Quality materials and prompt support through the whole process. I will certainly be using this service again. Thank you Ryan!
