Energy Trust of Oregon
A variety of rebate options exist through the Energy Trust of Oregon for insulation improvements, air sealing, commercial and family upgrades, and duct insulation and sealing. For insulation upgrades, both professionally- and self-installed projects feature cash incentives of $0.25 – $0.50 per square foot cash incentives. Learn more about their insulation incentives.
Eugene Water & Electric Board Residential Weatherization Program
An incentive to increase energy efficiency and comfort in single or multi-family residence properties, EWEB offers rebates of $0.40 per square foot of insulation (not to exceed 50% of the job cost) or 0% financing on loans up to $4000 (plus $500 for each additional unit in a multi-family rental property up to $20,000) to qualified projects adding insulation. Plus, they offer rebates of $4 per square foot of high performance glass upgrades and %0 financing on $4,000 – $6,000 loans for improving windows. Puget Sound Cooperative Credit Union
Energy-Smart Loans are available to both Oregon and Washington members upgrading the efficiency of their homes. Qualifying energy efficiency and/or renewable energy projects can borrow up to $35,000 with fixed rate loans as low as 4.59% and terms up to 15 years.
